Nassau is great for families with plenty of adventures and lots of learning opportunities that will excite and entertain both you and the kids. There’s one hotel in particular that stands out for families and that’s The Reef Atlantis. This hotel has won Trip Advisor’s ‘Traveler’s Choice Award 2012’ and is located on nearby Paradise Island.
While this resort does not offer all inclusive packages, their rooms all include a kitchenette area with a fridge, 2 or 4 burner cook tops, a dishwasher, microwave and sink area making it easy to prepare quick meals. Make use of Food Store 2 Go, a great grocery delivery company that allows you to shop online and have food delivered right when you get there! Not only will kids like the 14 pools available to them, but they’ll LOVE the unlimited access to the Aquaventure Water Park that has nine water slides, river rapids, rock climbing and more! Plus, you receive access to the Dolphin Cay Education Center where you have the opportunity to swim with the dolphins, an experience you won’t forget. There’s also a teen lounge called ‘Crush’ where teenagers can hang out and meet new friends. If this isn’t enough to excite you, maybe the fact that children ages 0 to 11 are free* might get you going.
While the kids are occupied you can choose from a number of things to do. Make use of the adults only pool or head over to the beach cabanas for some relaxation.
