Christmas is a magical time of year for children and adults alike. Decorating the Christmas tree and hanging stockings is more than enough to get you in the spirit of Christmas and children will be giddy with excitement waiting for Santa. Santa Claus has many names and forms bringing joy to children all over the world from his homestead in the North Pole. Luckily for parents, you do not need to travel all the way to North Pole for kids to meet jolly old Saint Nick, but you can find him at his vacation home in Bracebridge, Ontario at Santa’s Village.

Open to the public on December 22, 23, 28 & 29 from 11am to 4pm for SantaFest, Santa’s Village is all about the joy of the season. For only $7.50 a person (children under 2 are free) kids can enjoy the company of the elves and Santa himself.

Children will love face painting and decorating their own gingerbread cookies. Parents can help with craft making and writing letters to Santa. The whole family can gather together for marshmallow roasting followed by horse drawn sleigh rides around the village. Let’s not forget Santa himself, kids get to meet Santa and the elves.

For the older crowd (9 years +) Santa’s Village is attached to Eaglecrest Aerial Park. This adventure park is located 10 to 50 feet above ground in the pine trees. Courses are made up of monkey lines, flippy bridges, balance beams, tarzan ropes, ziplines and more! This attraction is open all year round and is a great experience for adventurers.

Whatever you choose this Park is full of fun and should be a must visit on everyone’s Christmas list.
