Getting There & Getting Around
Flights to Miami are made easy with access to the Miami International Airport (MIA) located about 12-13 miles west of downtown and is easily approachable from most hotels in the city. Apart from MIA, there is Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), which is situated at a stretch of 30 miles on the northern side of Miami. Many packages include rental cars in addition to flights and hotels.

The MetroMover is a Miami initiative for providing FREE transportation and runs from 5am to midnight seven days a week.

This bus system caters to all of Miami and runs in junction with the MetroMover and MetroRail.

The MetroRail has new services that make getting to and from the airport easy with the MIA Mover.
