It also serves as an alternate airport for the Vancouver area, which is approximately 249 km north of Sea-Tac Airport. Sea-Tac is the 18th busiest airport in the USA. There is one main terminal with 4 concourses (A, B, C, and D).

- Driving: Take the I-5 S ramp to Portland. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-5 S. Take exit 164A-I-90 E on the left for I-5 S toward Bellevue/Spokeane/Tacoma/Portland. Keep right at the fork and merge onto I-5 S. Take exit 154 B to merge onto WA-518 W toward Burien/Sea-Tac/Airport. Take the exit toward Sea-Tac Airport. Follow airport signs.
Coming From Vancouver, British Columbia:
