Our final stop on our tour of the Caribbean has us in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Montego Bay is sheltered and is lined with white sandy beaches and calm blue waters that have made the area popular with vacationers. The Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa outshines others in the area with amenities that will please the whole family, including private access to the Rose Hall beach.

Resort guests have access to the onsite waterpark, Sugar Mill Farms Waterpark. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the variety of water slides and lazy river. Take a break from all the action with refreshments at the swim up bar. Kids will make friends at the Kids Club with a playground, arts and crafts and organized activities. Older kids will have fun in the games room and hanging out at the Teens Club.

While the kids are making friends and having fun there’s plenty of things for adults to do. Rejuvenate in the spa with a number of treatments; golf fanatics will enjoy the 18 hole golf course and the putting green; or go on an underwater adventure scuba diving the nearby reefs.

Don’t forget creating memorable family time. Family dinners can be enjoyed at any of the five restaurants that have children’s menu sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Venture into town for a number of adventure opportunities such as Bamboo Rafting through the tropical jungles or see some of Jamaica’s natural wonders, including the Luminous Lagoon.

Immerse yourself in the areas history at the Rose Hall Great House, an old Jamaican mansion on a plantation. This historic building is the source of the local legend of the White Witch. Annie Palmer, the White Witch was said to practice voodoo as three of her husbands perished suspiciously. This story is great fun and the building has been refurbished into a tour and museum that captures Jamaica’s plantation history.
